Mr. Henrique Pinho is the driving force behind PDS Construction’s transformation into a high-impact, multi-sector infrastructure and mining company in Mozambique. With over 30 years of proven leadership across Africaʼs most demanding project environments, he brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational depth, and execution excellence.
Under Mr. Pinho’s leadership, PDS has rapidly evolved from a conventional civil construction company into a diversified platform spanning infrastructure development and strategic mining services. Over the past 15 years, he has successfully guided the company through sustained growth, positioning it as a trusted delivery partner known for reliability, technical strength, and long-term value creation in complex and emerging markets.
Before leading PDS, Mr. Pinho built an exceptional track record during his 20- year tenure at Stefanutti Stocks SA, where he held senior executive roles including General Manager. He led large-scale, capital-intensive infrastructure projects across Angola and Mozambique, covering highways, major
earthworks, and bridge construction—projects requiring precision, scale, and disciplined execution in challenging environments.

We have our own concrete press allowing us to carry out quality control on concrete cubes.
